SHIPPING All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days and will be shipped First Class. Depending on what time the order was placed orders may not ship until the following day. You will recieve a confirmation that your order has been shipped.
Orders will be shipped between 2-5 business days.
WORLDWIDE Due to airline customs your order will be recieved between 5-15 business days.
RETURN POLICY Due to the limited quantity of our products there are no returns. Unless the item is faulty, in which case you will have to contact us within 7 days of recieving the item. We will need the order number, fault description and perferably a photo of the item. Send all this to onceapparel@gmail.com and we will exchange the item for the same item or item of the same price in which you paid. If no items are available you will recieve a in store credit.
